We introduce the tap collet STER from Dine Inc., which can minimize the synchronous error range during high-speed tapping processing with general collet chuck.

By using a steel ball to prevent the sleeve from rotating, the load on the tool can be minimized and by equipping with top/bottom sync function to prevents tap breakage and improves tool life.

The accuracy has been improved by minimizing synchronous errors, and the problem of widening the TAP hole and thinning the thread has been solved.

Just by tightening the SETR to the ER collet chuck, synchronous error can be minimized, and by exchanging connectors, tap processing in various sizes is supported.
