Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)
No person shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses on the Internet homepage where his/her intention to refuse to collect e-mail addresses is stated.
No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected for the purposes of paragraph 1.
No person shall use it for the transmission of information, knowing that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling, and distributing pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2.

Article 65-2 (Penalty) A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be fined not more than 10 million won
