Company History

This is the history of Dine Inc. that has been growing with customer trust.

  • Established Hanju Corporation
    (imported and sold hardmetal alloy cutting tools)

    With the establishment of Hanju Corporation in 1975, Dainjeonggong, which laid the foundation for cutting tools, took steps to grow the Korean tool market.

  • Dine, CEO Im Sang-jin was appointed to take the office

    Starting with Hanju Corporation, Dainjung Corporation will be reborn as a cutting tool manufacturer in earnest with the change of corporation and mutual change in 1988.

  • Started with Tooling SystemManufacturing

    We started with the production of Holderand OEM supply of Korea Metallurgy Co., Ltd. and then started the total Total Tooling Systemby producing cBN/PCD cutting tools.

  • Relocation of Dine Inc. headquarters

    To specialize in production and research, we moved to a new site, and the current Dine Inc. created the foundation.

  • Redirect to Dine Inc.

    The merger of Dine Processing Co., Ltd., Dine Inc. and Pretos Co., Ltd. has transformed the company into the current Dine Inc. that leads the tool market.

  • Obtain ISO 9001:2000 Certification (Small Business Certification Center)

    Dine Inc., which has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, has taken a step forward in the global market.

  • "$3 million (2001),$5 million (2004), Top of $10 million in exports (2006)" won.

    With the support from customers, we achieved 5 million dollars and 10 million dollars after achieving 3 million dollars in exports, and we were honored to receive the export tower on the 38th, 41st, and 43rd Export Tower.

  • Established Sales Corporation (DCI) in China

    It was established in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, and formed a dealer network throughout China. Based on Beijing Shanghai and Zhonggyeong offices, it served as the center of the global network.

  • Established Manufacturing Corporation (DCF) in China

    A year after the establishment of the Chinese sales corporation for global sales in 2006, we established a Chinese manufacturing corporation to strengthen the global capabilities of the corporation.

  • 7th Machine Tool Day Presidential Commendation Award. (Chairman Yoon Hye-seop)

    Dine Inc. who was laying the foundation with cutting tools, won the Presidential Commendation on the 7th Machine Tool Man's Day in 2007.

    Introduction and deployment of automated warehouse systems By introducing an automated warehouse system that efficiently manages databases such as logistics management, inventory management, shipping history, and major delivery customers, productivity and customer satisfaction have been increased.
